    Higgins is a 3 month old Beautiful Red Havanese/Spaniel Mix puppy who weighs 6 1/2 pounds. Higgins is in our rescue because he and his 5 litter mates Hardi, Haley, Harmony, Harley, and Hana ended up at the shelter at 3 1/2 weeks old because their mama went on an adventure when the gate was open and unfortunately was killed by a pack of loose dogs and their owner didn't know how to care of these extremely young puppies so rescue was called. Higgins and his litter mates are happy playful little puppies who are now ready for the new loving forever homes. These darling puppies are very sweet, gets along with their litter mates and love to play. ... (Read More) These puppies will do well in a home with a retired person or couple who have lots of time to spoil, love and train one of these puppies in this litter. Visiting children under supervision should be just fine with these puppies. These puppies will not be placed in a home with children under 12 years old. This litter of puppies are in a large puppy pen and they use newspapers to potty on and are doing very well but of course they are not potty trained and will need to be trained at their new loving forever homes. We like our rescue dogs and puppies to be placed into homes where someone is home during the day and consideration will be given to those homes first.     Benji is a 3 year old Beautiful White and Tan Shih Tzu/Maltese Mix who weighs 10 pounds. Benji is in our rescue because he ended up in the shelter because his owner could no longer care for him so rescue was called. This darling little boy is very sweet, greats along with other dogs and is very shy but on a one to one basis we are sure he will blossom. Benji was very skinny and shy when he entered our rescue but has opened up and is now eating good. He is a very sweet little boy who has trust issues because he was terrible neglected and now thinks he is in trouble if he hears loud voices. Benji gets along with other dog so another dog in ...
