After your adoption questionnaire is approved, you will be invited to come and meet the rescue dog or puppy you are interested in for possible adoption. If you are interested in Jedi you must call or EMAIL us for required adoption questionnaire and one will be emailed back to you (email link for our rescue is at the bottom of Jedi's page). If you are a renter, please have a letter ready at time of adoption from your landlord giving you permission to have a dog. If you already have a dog then it must state you can have more than one dog. Also, it is our policy to not place our small rescue dogs and puppies into homes with large breed dogs but this is on a case by case basis. All of our adoptions are in person so if you are unable to come to Isleton, California for an adoption we will not be able to assist you in adopting one of our rescue dogs. Thank you for your interest in adopting one of PJ's Small Dog Rescue dogs or puppies. (Less)
